Description
Papaskara is in Indigenous variety. This wine presents a light and bright red color. On the nose, it offers an array of purple fruits, including raspberries and cherries, complemented by notes of cloves. The palate is treated to flavors of red fruits and tobacco, intertwined with earthy scents and sweet spices.
A natural wine that is fermented with its own yeast (native yeast), without undergoing clarification or filtration. It contains low levels of sulfite. The grapes are sourced from goblet-trained vineyards that are over 50 years old.
