A bright and light-yellow color. On the nose, green apple, pear, and white nectarine. On the palate, mineral, with above-medium acidity, dominated by refreshing and lemony flavors. Whole bunch press, low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tank. Produced only 2000 bottles.
